Campaign Marketing Manager
- As the Campaign Marketing Manager, you will own the day-to-day marketing production process for the company. You will oversee all campaign production processes for marketing campaigns executed in-house and by our agency partners, communicate with other departments, business partners, and collaborate with a team of highly creative people looking to maximize reach, engagement and conversion.
WHAT AN AVERAGE DAY MIGHT LOOK LIKE
- Manage the execution and monitoring of marketing campaign production
- Ensure campaign execution follows organizational guidelines and workflows
- Proof and edit marketing content
- Attend online meeting with internal teams and agency partners
- Work closely with CMO and PresidentBecause we are a start-up, you will wear many hats yet to be determined. We are a constant work-in-progress and want your input as we learn, evolve, and grow.
MUST HAVES
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a marketing role, preferably in a small company or
- College degree in the focus area of Marketing/Business
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication and project management skills
- In-depth knowledge of running B2C campaigns
- Ability to manage several marketing campaigns simultaneously
- A good understanding of current marketing trends
- Ability to learn fast and synthesize information into actions
- Have a data driven approach to marketing
- Experience using Trello, Google Analytics, MailChimp, Box or equivalent
NICE TO HAVES
- FinTech or other regulated industry experience
- Experience working with data reporting and digital ad platforms
- Content skills: writing or video

Platform Engineer
– Monitor and maintain Marygold engineering operations across different components and underlying services.
– Work within Marygold supported ticketing system (e.g, Zendesk) for end-to-end platform support
– Be the first point of contact for Marygold operations and service disruptions
– Prioritize ticketing queues and work to resolve escalations
– Create platform operational runbooks with assistance from developers and gain a deeper technical understanding of components
– Participate in an on-call rotation
– Establish strong working relationships with various internal teams and external partners.
– Knowledge of Unix, Databases and ANSI SQL will help troubleshoot issues correctly and promptly
– Work closely with the DevOps team to understand the CI/CD pipelines
– Take any operational overhead problems and help with automation
– Monitor service disruptions, create incident reports promptly, and maintain the Marygold operations status page for both internal/external communication
– Tools/Platforms to be used (but not limited to)
– Internal Marygold Operations portal, QA Automation tools, CI/CD tools, Event webhook ingestion frameworks
– External Ticketing platforms like Zendesk, Full stack monitoring & alerting tools, SAST tools like SonarQube
– Internal Communications/Alerting channels – Teams, Slack, etc.

DevOps Engineer
● Lead cloud enablement, containerization, infrastructure automation, and deployment automation.
● Orchestrate efforts to enable a continuous integration / continuous improvement (CI/CD) pipeline.
● Provide guidance on system options as needed in strategic planning discussions.
● Develop and build technology solutions designed to scale and align with the DevOps model.
● Collaborate with software engineers and infrastructure engineers to manage code release.
● Provide thought leadership and mentorship on DevOps best practices and approaches with a focus
on ensuring quality outcomes for our clients.
● Production operational support everything is running. i.e. deploying updates and fixes, perform
root cause analysis, publish incident report, and enable easy auditing across all logs.
● Help implement a DevOps culture within the team i.e. working with the engineers to ensure that
development follows established processes and works as intended.
● Work hand in hand with QA on testing features and examining code written by others and analyzing
results.
● Be our inhouse security expert and keep tab on cybersecurity protection, application security and
infrastructure security.

Head of Engineering

Job Description: At the direction of the Chief Technology Officer of the Company, Head of Engineering to include, but not be limited to:
● Work alongside Design, Mobile, and Product counterparts to build and execute on a roadmap and strategy that establishes Marygold App as a leader for consumer-facing Community services.
● Build an outstanding organization by hiring exceptional people and fostering a culture of ownership, inclusiveness, accountability, and urgency.
● Lead structure and process changes to ensure teams scale effectively with minimal overhead.
● Collaborate with engineering managers, product managers, and stakeholders to align on OKRs and execution milestones.
● Champion technical excellence and ensure quality as the number of products grow.
● Play a crucial role in bringing the best practices across all of these functional areas to ensure that the software we build and the technical processes that we implement are quantifiable with respect to quality and always deliver the best for our customers.
● Manage the day-to-day activities of the Mobile App Development team within an Agile/Scrum environment .
